At Secure Apostille Services, we are committed to providing reliable and timely document legalization services. Due to the nature of our work, which involves coordination with government authorities and legal procedures, we have a strict return and refund policy as outlined below:
Refund Eligibility
A refund request can only be initiated within 12 hours of placing the order or before the processing of the service has begun – whichever occurs first.
Once the apostille process has started, including submission to the concerned authorities or courier pick-up, no refund will be issued.
No Return Policy
Apostille and legalization services are one-time, non-returnable services.
Once the apostilled document has been delivered to the customer, returns are not applicable under any circumstances.
